1. Service-Based Product
ReviewsCart offers digital reputation management services such as Google Review posting and management, which are intangible and non-returnable. Once the service process has started or been delivered, it cannot be returned or undone.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

If payment was made in error (duplicate transaction).

If the service was not delivered as per the agreed scope.

If ReviewsCart fails to initiate the service within 10 business days of confirmed payment, and no communication is made from our side.
Note: Refunds are not applicable if:

The service has already been partially or fully delivered.

The client changes their mind after placing an order.

Delays occur due to incomplete information provided by the client.
